poem: thoughts at work

thoughts at work

no need for concentration
my hands do it for me
with impatient repetition
causing me to wander
as my thoughts lead me
out the open bay door
to the places where
it was your sweat
I licked off my lips
instead of the
weeping of my brow

.... I want you now.
