alice lost in labyrinth

poem: Short Fuse

Short Fuse

A slight brush and suddenly
a burst of flame - this girl is fire.

She is hostile but not a takeover
and she will not be taken, anymore.

{And this girl burns, but damn, she burns}

This girl does not have the patience
to explain herself. She is easily upset
when misunderstood. This girl expects
you to know what she is talking about -
she expects intelligence, in turn, a must.

With each of her selected words, be they
spoke or written, all of them have become
part of her composition. So this girl is layer
upon layer of the the thinnest type of paper.

It will only take one match to reduce this girl to dust.
