alice facepalm

I stepped from plank to plank
So slow and cautiously;
The stars about my head I felt,
About my feet the sea.

I knew not but the next
Would be my final inch, ---
This gave me that precarious gait
Some call experience.

I spoke with my Granny earlier.

I spoke with my Granny earlier. Sat on the bed that belonged to her with my legs folded beneath me, my heartbeat moving me forward and back with each breath. She says that she wishes she was younger as she would have taken me under her wing and been my guide. And she said that she knows I'm thinking about her even if I don't phone her much because she's thinking about me too.

Sometimes I love her so much I could burst into pieces.
